The hotel is 10 min walk away from Luzern HB, the main railway station of the city. There is a reasonable bus access nearby to get around, and to come and go from the railway station. (I am stressing on this connectivity because people often use Luzern as a base to go to Titlis and Pilatus). The location is great in perspective of city access as well. The breads and cereals in the breakfast were good.

This hotel is amazing. It has a great location, good and fast wifi. It has a great coffee overall. It has a safe for you to keep your important stuff. I has also a bathtub. They give you a guide map for the city and a free transport pass for the days you are there. The employees are very kind. I was very pleased with my stay. One of the best hotels I have ever been.

Explained all their facilities and guided you about the transport system, which was free around the district, right up to the train station. The room was clean, spacious, and with a sofa and TV area. Was very comfortable. The Breakfast was good too.

Our room was well equipped and clean and we were upgraded to to the highest floor with a nice view on the "Gütsch" Very friendly and supportive staff. Perfect location for sight seeing, many restaurants, bars and shops in walking distance.
